The late Frank Kalimuzo was the first Vice Chancellor of Makerere University.He was escorted by Security Operatives and his whereaboouts are not known until today according to her Secretary then, Prof. Joy Kwesigwa,currently,the Vice Chancellor of Kabaale University.
The Frank Kalimuzo Memorial Lecture started with the Unveiling of the Frank Kalimuzo Central Teaching Facility previously known as CTF 1. The building is exactly opposite the former residence of the Late Frank Kalimuzo while he was Vice-Chancellor. #MakerereAt100

Frank Kalimuzo was at the centre stage of Uganda’s transformation from colonial politics and he was also in charge of the civil service. He had a unique opportunity to guide Uganda to independence.
