At the ceremony, also attended by Sports CS Amina Mohamed and Deputy British High Commissioner to Kenya Julius Court, the First Lady handed over the Baton to Kenyan rugby great Humphrey Kayange who will deliver it to Uganda. Others present were Head of Public Service Dr Joseph Kinyua and PS Sports, Joe Okudo.
