The KCCA team building events across the divisions have rechoed the need to work together as a team. Speaking at City Hall, the KCCA Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka said, “we have a joint task, and each member, each unit has a significant contribution to make the team succeed.”
Kisaka congratulated the staff on their contribution in the successful hosting of the NAM Summit, saying,’we are all brand ambassadors. We are bigger than our differences. We can resolve them and achieve our goals.’ During the five division tour in February, the Executive Director engaged over 1400 staff members, where she rallied them to achieve the great task of delivering a Smart City to the people of Kampala.
