The Minister for Kampala and Metropolitan affairs Hajjati Minsa Kabanda has today made a call to Kampala residents to clean and green the city, starting with their own frontages. The minister was speaking at a commissioning event for tree planting in Makindye Division, where Hamis Kiggundu, has donated one hundred thousand royal palms to KCCA. The event was witnessed by the KCCA Executive Director, Dorothy Kisaka, the Makindye Town Clerk Thomas Ssentongo and other KCCA staff.
