This was at the Innuka Africa conference convened at Serena Hotel Kampala.

Kagina who is the Executive  Director of UNRA said all you need is a little light to light up the darkness. She challenged participants not to settle for the status quo of failed Institutions but be agents of change using the values taught in Christianity.

On her part Kisaka said, the bedrock of  transformation is transformed lives. She narrated the story of the ongoing  transformation of the ghetto community into formalised SACCOS that is giving them opportunities for entering the money economy. KCCA has procured some of these SACCOS into cleaning the city. She said the story of the Seven Hills SACCOS is a story of lives transformed from rogue lifestyle to meaningful contribution to city transformation.

The conference gathered professionals from allover Africa
