Today, the ED KCCA Dorothy Kisaka was the guest of honor at the launch of the conference for Mothers Union Buganda region. She hailed the ministry of Mothers Union nationwide reffering to them as the Smart Women who have taught our communities to care for their homes and families. She appealed to them to reach out and bring their motherly wisdom in the campaign to take street children into care for rehabilitation
