Amama Mbabazi,Several Diplomats, friends Eulogize the late Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah

The of Chairman Global Security Foundation Former and former Ugandan Prime Minister Rt Hon Amama Mbabazi has eulogized fallen Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon Jacob Oulanyah saying he was a man of great prospects.

Speaking to the media on Wednesday after signing the condolence book to honor Oulanyah, Mbabazi said that Oulanyah had proved to be one of the good leaders on whom Uganda could rely in the future.

“Rt Hon Jacob Oulanyah was a man of great prospects, and was one of the good leaders whom Uganda could rely on in the coming years,” said Mbabazi.

Mbabazi disclosed that he closely worked with Oulanyah at a time of the movement system.

“We entrusted him with the legal and parliamentary Affairs committee to work on amendments for the constitution in 2005,” he said.
