Standard Chartered Bank Uganda launches Kiosk Banking at Capital Shoppers in Ntinda

Recently Standard Chartered Bank Uganda has today unveiled its first Kiosk Bank outlet located at Capital shoppers in Ntinda. This launch marks the fruition of another strategic alliance/partnership between the Bank and Capital Shoppers which will see the Bank set up a number of similar outlets at various locations over time.

 

Kiosk banking is a low-cost model which creates a new touchpoint located in a high traffic area where clients can access our digital service with a human touch. With a resource at hand within the Kiosk, clients are able to make instant enquiries and be efficiently and effectively serviced or supported even as they make their other banking transactions on their own.

The CEO Mr. Albert Saltson while launching the Kiosk stated that Standard Chartered Bank is a recognised innovator in the digital space saying;

The launch of Kiosk Banking was in response to a review of our footprint presence and locations within the city and neighbouring towns. In her remarks during the unveiling, the Capital Shoppers proprietor, Ms. Eva Ngabirano expressed her gratitude saying;
