Fresh charges have been issued to Dr. Kizza Besigye not the files transferred from the defunct General Court Martial. Uganda’s opposition stalwart Dr. Besigye who has been incarcerated since Nov 2024 appeared at Nakawa Court today the 21st of February 22025.
