NUP president HE. BobiWine has announced arrangements for the send-off of the late Kawempe North MP Muhammad Ssegirinya.
The proceedings will begin with a vigil at 4PM at the NUP headquarters. Ssegirinya will also be honored in Parliament on Friday, followed by prayers at Mbogo Mosque in Kawempe.
He will be laid to rest on Sunday in Masaka. Ssegirinya passed away today at Lubaga Hospital.
