Ladies Squash team Uganda makes news after finishing 3rd winning a bronze medal in the all Africa Senior Championships in Namibia 18th to 24 November 2024 first bronze medal in history of women squash in Uganda coached by new appointed national coach Kawooya Michael Raymond
Men’s team event:Gold Nigeria, Silve for Zambia,Bronze for Zimbabwe, 4th Place for Namibia A,5th Place Uganda ,6th Place Namibia B.
Uganda’s men representatives were:Paul Kasirye Kadoma, Ivan Wasswa, Oscar Mugabi and Raymond Michael Kawooya.
The bronze medal was won by Uganda’s female representatives Elizabeth Musiimenta,Safinah Mugide and Nantambi Shifah/Team Official.
There are two officials Isa Bbale and Shifah Nantambi.
