Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs threatened to ‘kill’ teenager at party before raping them new lawsuit claims
Sean Combs has been accused of threatening to murder a teenager and her friend before sexually assaulting them.
According to a report, a claimant under the pseudonym Jane Doe launched a lawsuit against Combs, 54, in a New York court on Wednesday, suing him for unspecified damages relating to an alleged incident that took place in 2004. It has been suggested that Doe attended a photoshoot in New York when she was 19-years-old and at college in New York City.
The claimant allegedly attended a photoshoot promoting Da Band, a singing group that Combs had signed to his label, Bad Boy Records, at the time. Doe is said to have attended the photoshoot with a friend from college and they were subsequently invited to an after party by on of Combs’s business associates.
It is claimed that Combs offered Doe and her friend alcohol and cocaine before ordering them to perform a sex act with the threat of death if they did not comply. The Mirror has contacted a representative of Combs for comment.

The shocking allegations have been revealed by In Touch Weekly who claim to have witnessed court documents from the case. They report a lawyer on behalf of Doe sharing details of the alleged ordeal. The report claims the lawyer detailing: “Before leaving for the party, Ms. Doe had met [Combs] at the photoshoot. [Combs] told Ms. Doe and her friend that they should come to his hotel first for a more exclusive party. Ms. Doe and her friend agreed and were taken to a Manhattan area Marriott hotel by a member of Combs’ entourage.”
The lawsuit goes on to claim: “[Combs] continued getting gradually more aggressive with the two women and eventually began forcibly touch them without consent. When they resisted, [Combs] ordered Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed. Ms. Doe’s friend complied as Ms. Doe begged [Combs] to allow them to leave. He did not agree.”
It is then suggested that that Combs forced Doe to take off her clothes “again under the threat of violence.” The suit goes on to claim Combs raped Doe – with the alleged victim crying out amid the alleged attack.
They report: “Soon, and likely due to Ms. Doe’s cries, the door opened and the security guard from earlier came in to ask if everything was alright. Ms. Doe’s friend took the opportunity to rush out of the recently locked door. Ms. Doe however, could not move as [Combs] was still on top of her.”
The new allegations come over a month after Combs was arrested in New York and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking by force, and transportation for purposes of prostitution – allegations he has vehemently denied and pleaded not guilty to. The music star has been denied bail following his arrest and his trial is not expected to begin until May 2025.
