Uganda’s President Yoweri  Museveni has commended the work done by his Fishermen Ministers in just months.

“They are already showing good results.I think we are proceeding well”, he said.

The NRM Chairman remarked while addressing a team of over 200 technocrats and political leaders from the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM)  after a 5-day retreat in Kyankwanzi climaxed at Kololo independence grounds on  Thursday.

Nabbanja warns Staff against Corruption saying no one will be spared if caught.

No Political or technical staff is immune to Corruption.

According to the Premier, a lot of funds have been lost in Corruption. We shall not accept this. Our staff have already started performing better and showing positive results. We would like to thank his Excellency the President for this initiative. We shall surely not disappoint him.

Kasule said it’s time to change the narrative and added that this will involve a lot of mindset change on the side of leaders and public servants in the office so that they can clearly know and understand their mandate to serve the nation and transform it from peasantry to a middle-income state.

“The office needs leaders that can think and innovate in different aspects of the economy. Being said is taking action on behalf of others,” Lumumba said.
