Romain Faivre has joined Ligue 1 club Stade Brestois on a season-long loan from the Cherries.
The 25-year-old midfielder departs having regularly featured for the club in pre-season and assisted Daniel Jebbison’s winning goal against Girona.
After returning to Vitality Stadium in January following a loan spell with FC Lorient, he made six competitive appearances for the Cherries.
Faivre joins the Pirates following a record-breaking season for the club in Ligue 1.
The Brittany-based side finished third in the French top flight, meaning they secured qualification for this season’s Champions League.
The move comes as his second spell at Brest, having made 59 appearances for the club between 2020 and 2022, scoring 14 goals and assisting 11.
