JUST IN: Some people are feared dead after a heap of garbage reportedly fell on houses at Kiteezi Landfill in Kampala this morning

Authorities in Kampala said Saturday that they were investigating a structural failure in waste mass after a section of the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Landfill in Kiteezi collapsed on houses and livestock in the early morning hours.
