JUST IN; The head of Russia’s National Security Council, Shoigu, has arrived in Iran

Russia’s security council secretary, Sergei Shoigu, arrived in Tehran on Monday for talks with the Iranian leadership including President Masoud Pezeshkian, Russia’s Interfax news agency reported.
Shoigu and Pezeshkian will discuss regional and global security in additional to various bilateral issues, it said.
