President William Ruto: I have started the process of forming a new broad-based cabinet to assist in driving the urgently needed and irreversible transformation of our country. I nominate the following first batch of 11 individuals for consideration and approval by the National Assembly for appointment as Cabinet Secretaries and Attorney General.
The nominees are:

Ministry of Health: Dr. Debra Mulongo Baraza
Ministry of Lands: Alice Wahome
Ministry of Education: Julius Migos Ogamba
Ministry of Defence: Aden Barre Duale
Ministry of Agriculture: Dr. Andrew Mwihia Karanja
Ministry of Environment: Roselinda Soipan Tuiya
Ministry of Water: Eric Muriithi Muuga
Ministry of Roads and Transport: Davis Chirchir
Ministry of Information and Communication: Margaret Nyambura Ndung’u
