On 22nd July this month, National Unity Platform (NUP) will mark four years since it was unveiled to the people of Uganda. The journey so far has been marked by so many challenges, trials and tribulations.
However, NUP has also reached various milestones in the pursuit of their cardinal objective of ushering in a New Uganda. As they look to the future, They have written to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs this week, requesting to hold their commemorative event at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds – given its historical significance as well as the number of people expected.
