Nottingham Forest is delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper Carlos Miguel from Corinthians.
The 25-year-old has joined the club on a four-year deal, pending a work permit, which runs until the summer of 2028.

Standing at 6ft 8in (204cm) tall, Miguel arrives on Trentside armed with a glowing reputation in Brazil following a string of eye-catching performances.
The commanding goalkeeper is highly regarded as one of the best in his native country, keeping 14 clean sheets in 25 appearances for Corinthians and impressing since cementing himself as number one for the Brazilian club.
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Miguel began his career at Flamengo, going on to have spells at Internacional, Santa Cruz and Boa Esporte before joining Corinthians in 2021.
Upon signing for Forest, Carlos Miguel said: “I’m really happy and honoured to represent this club.
“Just seeing the stadium and feeling the energy within it, I can’t wait to be on the pitch to help Nottingham Forest win.
“My main objective is to become an important member of this team, a giant club in the history of football. I want a place in the museum like the others!”
Chief Football Officer Ross Wilson added: “Carlos has arrived in Nottingham full of excitement following his performances in Brazil with Corinthians.
“He concluded all of the formalities yesterday and we are pleased that he will join the squad so early on in pre-season.”
