Kampala, (UG):- Pastoral Leaders from five different African Countries have completed their Master’s Degrees from a prestigious program offered by Pastors Discipleship Network (PDN), in partnership with Lancaster Bible College and Capital Seminary of USA.

The graduates were commissioned on Saturday 25th May 2024, to return to their respective countries and serve their respective communities with renewed vigour and commitment under the body of Christ. They are expected to carry the torch of knowledge, compassion, and faith, spreading the light of the Gospel wherever they go.

Reverend, Peter J. Kasirivu, who was the guest of honour at the graduation which took place at PDN Headquarters in Bweyogere, “Challenged each graduate to take the education they have received as a “RESPONSIBILITY” and “TRUST” because to whom much is given, much is required”.

PDN is a ministry that equips pastors and strengthens the African church. PDN is a registered nonprofit organization established in 2008 to train and equip pastors and their wives with critical ministry and life skills to help them lead and teach their congregations while fostering personal development.

According to Dr. Richmond Wandera, the President and founder, their purpose is, “To bring training to untrained church leaders In Africa in order to deepen the church and to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ through healthy churches.”

Dr. Wandera thanked those who have been part of the growth of PDN since its inception.
“Thank you for being part of the PDN family and for championing the cause of equipping pastors and strengthening the African church. Together, let’s continue to make a lasting impact!”.

Recently Dr. Wandera was joined by over 60 Senior Pastors and Church overseers for an exclusive campus tour, for the ongoing construction of Cornerstone University at PDN Head Quarters.

They also toured the newly completed apartment building, providing comfortable and affordable housing for pastors and the state-of-the-art training rooms, designed for effective learning and fellowship.

The purpose of the tour was for leaders to witness firsthand the incredible progress PDN is making to equip and support pastors in building healthy churches. Cornerstone University is to be
a beacon of higher education and spiritual growth.

The PDN family on its Social Media page platforms posted, “Dr Wandera’s vision and dedication are truly coming to life through these projects, creating a vibrant and supportive environment for our community leaders. Together, we are laying a strong foundation for the future of our churches and communities”.
