Dr. Kenneth Omona and Hon. Florence Nambozo arrived at Parliament with smiles on their faces, ready for the vetting process. Their appointments as Ministers of State for Northern Uganda and Karamoja Affairs, respectively, marked a significant step in the government’s regional representation efforts.
The atmosphere was congenial as Hon. Lillian Aber and Hon. Phiona Nyamutoro exchanged pleasantries upon their arrival at Parliament. Both had been recently appointed to ministerial positions in the cabinet reshuffle. Hon. Lillian Aber, representing Kitgum Woman MP, assumed the role of Minister of State for relief, disaster preparedness, and refugees, while Hon. Phiona Nyamutoro, the National Female Youth MP, was designated as the Minister of State for minerals.

Anitah Among and the entire committee for their diligent work in ensuring a thorough scrutiny of ministerial nominees.
