KCCA Mayor Emmanuel Sserunjogi has said Kawempe Division has met its annual revenue collection target. He attributed it to the effective management systems KCCA has put in place and the effective use of technology. The mayor and his cabinet held discussions with the KCCA Executive Director, Dorothy Kisaka, at their offices at Kawempe.
Kisaka inspected the ongoing construction works for the new Kawempe offices and appreciated the support given to the leadership of Town Clerk Thomas Sentongo and his team to achieve the institutional goals. KCCA is launching a Mega City Clean-up drive Today Saturday 2nd September to cover all divisions with a call to residents to clean their environments
