Tanzania saw their bid for a place in the final qualifying round of the World Cup going up in smoke after being held to a 1-1 draw in Madagascar on Sunday afternoon.
The result saw Tanzania finishing Group J race on 11 points, three points behind leaders DRC who made it back to-back wins after upsetting Benin 2-0 in another match for the group.
Msuvan scored for the opener for the visitors on the 25tth minute at Mahasina Municipal Stadium where Tanzania led 1-0 at break.
However, Abdallah levelled matters for the hosts in the 74th minute.
Madagascar finished the game with 10 men as Razakanantenaina was shown a red card with seven minutes to full-time.
