Dorothy Kisaka: Kampala City is steadily closing the chapter of potholes. The KCCA road works to rehabilitate the industrial area roads have commenced in earnest under Lot 1. The industrial area is home to numerous factories with heavy trucks plying the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th street. These roads are undergoing major overhaul under ADB funding. KCCA has warned motorists of the attendant inconveniences that come with road works, but the inconvenience will be short-lived.
