Kampala Capital City Authority's Dorothy Kisaka visits Kawempe Division amid threats that people there are Violent

KCCA Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka said that someone sent her a Video and warned her against visiting Kawempe Division since its dominated by the opposition.

“I said come what may, i have to go there and see what happens”,she said.

To her surprise, she received a rousing welcome from both the workers and the residents of thisd Division.

Kisaka ‘s main reason opf going to that place is the ongoing Campaign of Parish Development model inroduced by the ruling National Resistance Movement(NRM) led by President Yoweri Museveni to fight poverty by the lowest income earners.

The Campaign has been taken to Makindye Division,Rubaga,Nakawa and then to Kawempe,all Doivions of KCCA.
