Among said Parliament will do whatever it takes to support Nambooze’s recovery process.
“After yesterday’s State of Nation Address, we visited our sister the Nambooze who is hospitalized at Rubaga Hospital. I also had an opportunity to meet the medical team taking care of her, led by Dr. Luyimbazi Julius.
We prayed with her and wished her a quick recovery. I also assured her of our support to ensure that she gets proper medical attention. I have asked the medical team to give us the necessary documentation to support the process,” Among said.
Among said Parliament will do whatever it takes to support Nambooze’s recovery process.

Nambooze was hospitalized after she reportedly missed a step on her home stairs, fell and hit her head on the ground.
She was rushed to Bugolobi Medical Centre where a TC scan was conducted to know how the severity of her injuries.
On June 6, 2022, National Unity Platform President Robert Kyagulanyi and the party’s Secretary General, David Lewis Rubongoya, also visited her and said, she was unwell, but making good progress.
