Subsequently,the Rt Hon. Speaker of Parliment Anita Annet Among held a meeting with the US Ambassador to Uganda Natalie E. Brown at Parliament this morning (April 27th).
In attendance was the Rt Hon. Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa.
The two discussed matters of mutual interest as well as how the two counties can work together to strengthen the capacity of MPs, and support efforts to empower women and a girl child
