Sportwear giant Nike have officially terminated its endorsement deal with embattled Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood after he was arrested for suspicion rape.
Greenwood was released on bail last week over the alleged sexual assault on a young woman.
The 20-year- old was arrested after images and videos circulated online while he was still police custody threatening to kill the victim.

Nike in a short statement said: “Mason Greenwood is no longer a Nike athlete.”
The firm had last week wrote that it was deeply concerned by the disturbing allegations and will continue to monitor the situation.
Manchester United had since suspended the forward from playing or training with the club untik further notice.
The club have removed all Greenwood merchandise from its website, with his name absent from a drop-down list of players’ names for replica shirts
