The High Court in Kampala has nullified the Election of Erias Nalukoola Luyimbazi as the Kawempe North MP.
Justice Bernard Namanya, declared the seat vacant and ordered for a fresh by-election. This follows a successful petition by NRM’s Faridah Nambi Kigongo.
