East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) and their support tour Gen Saleh's Namunkekera Rural Industrial Park and Kirima Heritage Farm in Kapeeka-Semuto Municipality in Nakaseke district.

The members of parliament of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) and their support on December 1, 2025 toured Namunkekera Rural Industrial Park, also known as Liaoshen Industrial Park, and Kirima Heritage Farm in Kapeeka-Semuto Municipality in Nakaseke district.

Both of these landmark establishments are owned by General (Rtd) Caleb Akandwanaho Salim Saleh, the Chief Coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) and the Senior Presidential Advisor on Defense and Security.EALA Speaker Rt. Led by the EALA speaker Rt. Hon Joseph Ntakirutimana, the MPs from Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa and the Democratic Republic of Congo were later hosted by General Saleh Kirima where the legislators interfaced directors of OWC. Also present were former Director General of External Security Organization (ESO) Mr. David Pulkol, now a senior advisor to General Saleh.
