MTN Prestige Members Set to Soar Higher with Exclusive Turkish Airlines Rewards

Kampala, Uganda. – MTN Uganda, through its exclusive loyalty program MTN Prestige, has partnered with Turkish Airlines to launch an exciting new campaign, “Fly Prestige with Turkish Airlines,” offering loyal customers the chance to win free round-trip air tickets to destinations across the globe.

The campaign, which will run for a year, is designed to celebrate and reward MTN Prestige’s high-value customers by giving them access to exceptional travel experiences. MTN Prestige has long been committed to elevating the customer journey by offering benefits that go beyond traditional loyalty points. This partnership with Turkish Airlines reinforces MTN’s promise to deliver superior service excellence while rewarding its valued customers in a way that is both memorable and meaningful.

The “Fly Prestige with Turkish Airlines” campaign is open to all MTN Uganda prepaid customers aged 18 years and above who are on the MTN Prestige profile. Customers can join MTN Prestige by dialing *180#, then purchase any Prestige Combo bundle, including data, voice, or a custom bundle, via the My MTN App or USSD *180*21#. Every purchase made during the campaign period automatically enters the customer into a draw to win one of the coveted prizes. Only customers who have been active MTN subscribers for at least three months are eligible, and each customer is limited to one entry per month regardless of the number of combos purchased.

Every month, one winner will be randomly selected to receive a round-trip economy ticket to any Turkish Airlines destination of their choice. The ticket covers airfare and associated taxes for the selected route and remains valid for travel for one year from the date of issue. However, the prize does not include expenses such as visas, travel insurance, accommodation, airport transfers, or meals, which will be the responsibility of the winner. Once a booking is confirmed with Turkish Airlines, travel dates and destinations will remain fixed. The tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

Winners will be contacted directly by MTN Uganda through its official call center number, 0312120000. If a winner does not respond within three business days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
