Ex-Uganda Envoy to Egypt Dies in Tragic Motorcycle Accident.
Former Uganda’s Ambassador to Egypt, Ambassador Angualia Louis Richard has been reported dead this evening 5pm 28-7-2025 after he was involved in a head-on collision accident with another motorcycle rider near Abi Farm, Ayivu East Constituency in Arua City.
Amb. Angualia, who contested in 2011 and 2016 for the position of MP for Maracha Constituency but lost, and later in 2021 shifted to contest as an MP for Maracha East Constituency, and he also lost, met his death this evening while riding on a Bajaj Motorcycle.

Local authorities have launched investigations into the crash. Residents have also renewed calls for improved road safety measures at Abi-Zardi, which has claimed multiple lives over the years.
