The ceremony, presided over by the EC Chairman, Dr. Tanga Odoi, was witnessed by the NRM Secretary General, Rt. Hon. Richard Todwong and other members of the NRM Electoral Commission.
”I now duly nominate, H.E. Maj (Rtd) Jessica Alupo to contest for the Position of the Woman Member of Parliament for Katakwi, having fulfilled all the requirements,” Dr Tanga said.
