Liam Delap completes first part of Chelsea medical ahead of £30m move from Ipswich
Chelsea have triggered Ipswich Town’s £30m release clause for the signing of striker Liam Delap. David Ornstein has reported that the Blues have already agreed to personal terms with the 22-year-old, and Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the Englishman has already completed the first part of his medical with the Blues.
