Kampala Uganda. Nation Media Group journalists Lubowa Abubaker. Dennis Kabugo and Raymond Tamale, who have been covering the #KawempeByElection, are missing. It is believed that they were arrested by security personel. NBS TV journalists Francis Isaano and Hakim Wampamba were also arrested.
