Kampala- Uganda. Nakawa Chief Magistrates Court has further remanded kizza besigye and Hajji Obeid Lutale back to Luzira Upper Prison March 7. After hearing submissions from both sides, she said some of her Legal teams’ prayers are beyond her jurisdiction and so they should wait for Committal by the High Court.
