The governor of the region, Vladislav Shapsha, also confirmed the attack and the damage to the facility.
“A fire broke out on the territory of an industrial enterprise in Lyudinovo as a result of a UAV attack,” he stated.
Based on the video, Dnipro Osint’s researcher determined that the target of the drone attack was an oil depot in the town of Lyudinovo, Kaluga region, which is located about 170 km from the border with Ukraine.
This oil depot belongs to Kaluganefteprodukt, a subsidiary of Rosneft. The tank farm in Lyudinovo has 9 tanks with a total volume of 6,700 cubic meters.
The tank farm stores AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline and diesel fuel.

And at the end of November 2024, attack drones hit the Kaluganefteprodukt oil depot in Kaluga itself.
In addition to the information about the damage to the oil depot, there were reports of possible damage to the Kaluga instrument-making enterprise Typhoon.
