Nottingham Forest F.C’s Nuno Espírito Santo Named Premier League Manager of the Month… Again
The Premier League announced in a statement released through its official platforms on Friday morning that Nuno Espírito Santo has been named the best manager for the month of December once again.
The Portuguese has been recognized for an almost ‘flawless’ period for the Reds, who recorded five victories and just one defeat (against Manchester City) over six matches, scoring ten goals and conceding only six.
This ‘stunning’ run for a club of this stature has allowed them to climb to second place in the English top flight, level on points with Arsenal, a position not seen since the distant year of 1994.
In total, the 50-year-old manager has won this accolade in two of the last three months, surpassing the competition from Eddie Howe (Newcastle), Andoni Iraola (Bournemouth), and Arne Slot (Liverpool).
