Special war crimes court orders sentenced Kosovo former guerilla member to pay financial reparations to victims.
The Hague, 29 November 2024, dtt-net.com – A former member of now disbanded Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), sentenced in July to 18 years of imprisonment, was ordered today by the Trial Panel of The Hague-based special war crimes court to pay €208,000 to eight victims as compensation for the physical, mental and material harm inflicted.
