Alien and his group are said to have forcefully entered the hospital on Tuesday night, November 19, and demanded questions from the hospital staff over the death of their colleague, Joram Tumwesigye, 28, a resident of Makindye Division.

Alien and Julio were arrested the next day (Wednesday) and the former remanded to Luzira until December 9th for an older case where he was allegedly involved in robbing Haruna Mubiru’s son, Salim Mubiru of his iPhone 15 valued at Shs3.5 million, Shs480,000 cash and a wallet containing a national ID on September 28, 2024.

His bodyguard, Julio was also arraigned in court the next day and charged before being sent to Luzira until Monday, Nov 25 (today) where he reappeared alongside his boss Alien Skin for the Nsambya assault charges.

The duo, however, denied the charges and sought bail application to be freed but were denied and sent on remand until Thursday, November 28, when they will reappear for bail hearing and further mention of their case.

In today’s court hearing, Alien Skin pleaded not guilty to all charges slapped against him before the judge, Esther Adikin, sent him back on remand until the 28th of November.

“Since the parties want to reconcile, I wouldn’t look at bail at this time,” Her Worship Esther Adikin said while revealing the date of Alien’s return to the court.

He was then whisked away in a waiting police patrol car.

His fans and fellow artists remain positive that he will be released soon and they continue to demand his freedom.
