Liam Payne Reportedly Performed ‘Disturbing Acts’ in Photos Sent to Ex Maya Henry
Liam Payne reportedly sent his ex-fiancée, Maya Henry, and her family inappropriate photos of himself following their breakup.
The former One Direction singer was allegedly “performing disturbing sexual acts on himself” in the images, according to documents obtained by The Post on Tuesday, November 12.
Maya, 24, also claimed that Liam attempted to send “intimate images” of her to other people, per the report. According to The Post, Maya made the allegations in a cease and desist that was issued just days before Liam died at the age of 31 on October 16.
The former couple began dating in 2018. They got engaged in August 2020, though they eventually called off their relationship for good in 2022.
The new allegations surfaced nearly one month after the Daily Mail reported that Liam had been served with a cease and desist from Maya on October 14 amid “the emergence of new and concerning information.”
In the filing, Maya accused Liam of repeatedly contacting her and her family members after their split.
“Maya Henry issued a cease and desist last week to Liam Payne following the emergence of new and concerning information,” her legal team told the outlet at the time. “She has retained attorneys Marco Crawford and Daniel Cerna to represent her. At this time, that is her only comment on the matter.”
The model had been open about the aftermath of her split from Liam, and she previously accused him of “weaponizing” his fanbase against her. “Ever since we broke up, he messages me, will blow up my phone, not only from his phone number, it’s always from different phone numbers too, so I never know where it’s gonna come from,” she alleged in a TikTok video posted on October 6. “He’ll create new iCloud accounts to iMessage me — it’s always a damn new iCloud account. Every time I see one pop up on my phone I’m like, ‘Here we f—king go again.’”
“Also, [he] will email me … not only me, but he’ll blow up my mom’s phone. Is that normal behavior to you?” she continued.
In light of his death, an insider exclusively told People that Liam was “extremely overwhelmed” by Maya’s threats to take legal action against him.
Liam died after he fell from a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Prior to his passing, a hotel employee called 911 to report that an unnamed guest had “overindulged on drugs and alcohol.” The staff member added, “When he is conscious he breaks, he is breaking the whole room. Well, we need you to send someone, please.”
His partial autopsy later determined that he had pink cocaine, cocaine, benzodiazepine and crack in his system at the time of his death.
Three weeks after his passing, authorities made three arrests in connection with the case. “Police detained two hotel workers accused of supplying the drugs,” ABC World News Tonight confirmed on November 6. “And raided the home of a friend, also detained.”
Braian Nahuel Paiz, who is one of the three suspects, has since denied supplying the “Night Changes” singer with drugs.
