Former ED KCCA Kisaka and Two Others Released on Bail.

Kasangati magistrate’s court released Kampala Capital City authority former executive Director Dorothy Kisaka and co-accused on a cash bail of 5 million each cash.  Magistrate, Beatrice Khainza however released them on stringent bail terms among them to deposit their passports.
