Quote: “This is the president’s Plan, and as he promised, after presenting it to the US president and our partners, I believe it will be presented to Ukrainians. However, there are parts that are very sensitive and closed to the public eye. And it’s not because there are secrets. Our country is like a united family today, especially during the war, where there can be no secrets. But once something becomes public, it’s not only heard here in Ukraine; it’s heard by the enemy as well.”
He expressed confidence that citizens would understand the need to withhold certain details: “Our people are very smart, and they understand everything and assess the situation well.”
