German FM backs Ukraine’s right to long-range strikes inside Russia

All Russian attack drones targeting the Ukrainian capital overnight were “neutralized” by the air defense forces, Kyiv’s Governor Serhiy Popko reported on Telegram early on Sept. 30.

According to preliminary information, there are no casualties or damage.

“Barrage ammunition approached Kyiv at night, in waves and from different directions. The air raid alert in the capital lasted more than 5 hours,” he wrote.

The exact type and number of drones launched by Russian forces on the city will be reported by the Ukrainian Air Force.
