The Presidential hopeful says an “identity based national development” is the foundation of his bid. “ You can only be happy when you lead people who can afford basics in their lives” he added. He affirmed his commitment to looking for all opportunities and networks to foster development in Uganda through his resource based policies. He is expected to speak at the reception on Sunday early evening with a list of invited guests including Hon Ssasaga Isaiah MP Budadiri East and Board Member BCU.
