The Ghanaian Majority Chief Whip, Hon. Annoh-Dompre Frank together with the Minority Chief Whip, Hon. Agbodza Kwame led a delegation on a study visit to the Uganda Government Chief Whip, Hon. Denis Hamson Obua on Thursday, May 23, 2024.
The delegation, being the second this week after the one of Mozambique on Wednesday, is interested in the Uganda Parliament’s esteemed key practices of:
1. Planning and facilitation of Parliamentary Business.
2. Cross-party Support in the conduct of Parliamentary business.
3. Procedure for initiation and processing of Private Member’s business.
4. Supervision of elections in the house.
