Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago has returned home.
He was recived by former FDC President Col.Dr.Kiiza Besigye and his Wife Nalongo
Lukwago was recently discharged from a hospital in Gurgaon, India, following a successful neck surgery. Last month, he was approved by the Uganda Medical Board to travel to New Delhi for cervical decompression and fusion spinal surgery. Lukwago is reported to be in stable condition and is expected to return to Kampala soon.
