Speaker Anita Among inspected final works at the Bukedea Teaching Hospital in Bukedea Sub County, Bukedea County in Bukedea District, set to officially open early next year.
Speaker Among said once opened, the health facility will bridge any healthcare gaps and train professionals to contribute to the health human resource expansion.
In a meeting with hospital administrators, Among said once opened, staff should treat patients with the highest courtesy possible,and create the appropriate environment for healing and recuperation.
“People come to health facilities to recover from sickness; handle them with love and care to help them heal,” she said.
On the healthcare professionals who will be trained at the facility, Speaker Among said it is critical to nurture them to hold the medical ethics high.
“The challenge is for you to churn out medical professionals who will hold highly to ethical standards and grow the healthcare sector in this country,” she said
