Kampala Central Division MuhammaD Nsereko has hit back at the Opposition NUP Leader Robert Kyagulanyi for his remarks that “Nsereko is trying to mislead the ailing Kawempe North MP Muhammad Segirinya currently hospitalized in Netherlands by fundraising for his treatment.
Speaking to reporters at Parliament Nsereko says he was requested by the sickly Segrinya to start a campaign on social media to ask his fans to start collecting funds for his treatment.
He says the first issue is to save his life before processing any institution from parliament which Robert Kaygulanyi is not aware of.
He alleges that when Robert Kyagulanyi was ill, president Museveni Authored for the release of his passport without seeking a person from the parliamentary Medical Board.
He vows to take-on this fight to unbutton the liars by Robert Kyagulanyi, he (Nsereko) wonders how a sick person in a critical condition first seeks  permission from either parliament or his party.
Nsereko hit back saying it’s just propaganda when Kyagulanyi commits him to pay 80 Million shillings medical Bills after well-knowing that parliament is seriously processing for the payment of all the medical bills to go for treatment when he is in very critical condition and at the verge of dying.
It should be remembered that Opposition NUP leader Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) has accused Kampala MP Muhammad Nsereko of trying to “mislead Hon Muhammad Ssegirinya in the same way he did with the late Kato Lubwama.”
Bobi Wine reacted angrily to the initiative taken by Hon Nsereko to raise funds to clear the accumulating medical bill of the Kawempe North MP.
Bobi Wine accused Nsereko of not only trying to embarrass the NUP but also building his political capital from the suffering of a fellow MP.
Parliament through Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa also announced yesterday that it has initiated the process of having Ssegirinya’s medical bill paid through insurance.
