The Rt.Hon. NRM Secretary General Twodong has said service delivery is the main reason the technical leaders are appointed by government to hold office. He was addressing participants at Kyankwanzi leadership training institute.
The Office of the President through the Manifesto Implementation unit has held a District leaders retreat bringing together RCCs, RDCs, LC5 Chairpersons, CAOs, city abd town municipal Town clerks, Mayors and Distric NRM Chairpersons.
Other presenters are the KCCA Executive Director, Dorothy Kisaka, Hon Kamuntu and the ED of National water.
